ServiceNow AI Consultant / ArchitectPosition Overview
We are seeking a senior ServiceNow AI Consultant / Architect to support a large-scale AI-driven delivery transformation program. This role will focus on accelerating AI adoption, enabling AI-powered delivery models, and implementing advanced ServiceNow AI capabilities across enterprise workflow environments.

The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow AI initiatives, including agentic AI workflows, Workflow Data Fabric, AI Agents, Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and enterprise workflow transformation. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong ownership, architecture-level thinking, and the ability to lead conversations with both ServiceNow and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ServiceNow AI implementation efforts across large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Design and deliver agentic AI workflows, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, Now Assist, and related ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive AI adoption, enablement, governance, reporting, and execution discipline.
  • Support the development of repeatable AI-enabled delivery models, tools, frameworks, and methods.
  • Lead client-facing discussions around solution design, implementation strategy, risks, tradeoffs, adoption challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, GTM, Services, Enablement, and customer delivery teams.
  • Maintain project momentum, clarify next steps, and challenge stakeholders when needed to achieve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Deep ServiceNow platform experience with a background in architecture, implementation, and enterprise workflow transformation.
  • Recent hands-on ServiceNow deployment or implementation experience within the last 12 months.
  • Experience delivering ServiceNow AI initiatives, ideally involving agentic AI workflows, Workflow Data Fabric, AI Agents, Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, or ServiceNow GenAI.
  • Ability to clearly explain specific AI implementations personally driven, including goals, challenges, customizations, adoption approach, and outcomes.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to own workstreams, drive execution, and lead in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
Certification Requirements
Candidates must have one of the following:
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, preferred; or
  • ServiceNow CSA + CAD + at least one CIS certification.

Multiple ServiceNow certifications and architecture-level ownership are strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Background as a ServiceNow AI Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Architect, Solution Architect, CTA, GenAI Consultant, AI Consultant, Workflow Architect, or Implementation Architect.
  • Multiple recent ServiceNow implementations or large-scale deployments.
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, delivery transformation, governance, reporting, and enterprise enablement programs.
  • Ability to tell a clear implementation story, including what worked, what failed, what changed, and what business outcomes were achieved.
