Job Description:
As aService Technology Specialist, you will document technical requirements for business needs for various TIS platforms and initiatives, as well as provide user support functions for company and/or dealer personnel while ensuring service technology platforms are defect free.

What You Will Do:
Works with business partners to identify platform needs and documents technical requirements to be used for development efforts.
Creates, maintains, and executes all necessary test scripts for the related service technology products.
Performs complex User Acceptance Testing to ensure user needs are met with development activities.
What You Have (Basic Requirements):
Education Requirement: Bachelors degree

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
