Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one to two years of automotive technician experience. An unrestricted NYS driver's license and a clean driving record and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.

$34-$ 38 plus incentives -Master Tech ($85,000 - $120,000)
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting based on experience, testing, and manufacturer standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on automobiles and light trucks
- Replace or top off fluids, filters, and maintenance-related parts as needed
- Accurately document repair findings, work performed, and parts used
- Recommend additional repairs as needed while managing customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with all shop safety, environmental, and procedural standards
- Participate in required training sessions, meetings, and development programs
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while in service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
- ASE certifications and/or OEM training preferred
- Certification as a NY State Inspector is a plus
- B, A, or Master-level technician qualifications strongly preferred
- Broad mechanical and electrical knowledge across various vehicle systems
- Valid and unrestricted New York State driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must be highly organized, reliable, and capable of following directions
- Must pass drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record check
