Your roleThe Service Sales Manager - Semiconductor Service, is responsible for driving profitable growth of the US Semiconductor service business by identifying new OnTool (Fab) as well as Sub-Fab Service offerings, developing commercial strategies and proposals, assisting with key account plans and market sector plans for North America Semiconductor Service. This role will also act as the Voice of the Customer to provide guidance for product development and deployment.
You will:
• Assist in the development of service revenue, margin targets, forecasts and measurements to report achievements.
• Act as part of the US Customer Center Service management team to develop the supporting infrastructure and resources required to deliver Customer Center and Divisional strategies.
• Assist Service Sales Director in defining annual service share and penetration targets with the Business Line Managers and the Customer Center General Manager.
• Assist in the management of all aspects of Service regional pricing policy and discount entitlement management (services and spares) within global guidelines and in collaboration with Equipment Business Line management, to achieve an optimal balance between market share and business profitability in the region.
• Assist in the development of financial models to quantify and demonstrate the value of performance-based service contracts to our customers, to quantify the anticipated risks and rewards for the business, and to monitor and report the actual performance of executed contracts.
• Support the service supply chain and Service Technology Centers (STCs) to achieve share and penetration targets.
• Collaborate with service and sales to define and present service plans and proposals for key customers and ensures that plans are reviewed regularly and adapted as needed to meet achievements.

You will have a Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of experience in advanced technology environment, as well as 3 years in marketing, product managment or other commercially-oriented role in a service business or Business-to-Business Sales.
You will also have:
- Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Customer facing managerial experience.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.

Job locationThis role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the U.S. We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any location. This role does require the candidate to travel within the U.S.
