Full Job Description
  • Achieve or exceed profit margin targets based on budget expectations.
  • Manage and execute special service-related projects from initiation through completion.
  • Collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as a liaison between field operations, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation.
  • Organize internal and external resources and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business.
  • Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business.
  • Identify larger Capital Project Leads and hand off to Engineering Sales Team.
  • Regular attendance at teams meetings.
  • Assist in development of growth initiatives.
  • Share intel about customers/competitors/trends.
