Job Description

The Service Portfolio Manager will manage and maintain the client's Service Portfolio to ensure offerings reflect customer needs and align with program objectives. Analyze service usage and performance data, make portfolio-level decisions, and oversee the lifecycle management process for services from conception to retirement. The Service Portfolio Manager will work with technical teams to evaluate, prioritize, and define service offerings as the clients System evolves. Collaborate with business analysis and customer success teams to align the overall portfolio with organizational goals and market demands. The Service Portfolio Manager will develop and maintain service-related strategy documentation, coordinate with communications to promote offerings, and implement portfolio management tools. Stay current with industry best practices in service portfolio management and ITSM.

Nice to have:
  1. Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering, OR possess a DoD 8140 Certification

Equivalent Training:Completion of one of the following accepted training programs:
  • Cyber 101
  • IT Investment/Portfolio Manager (Advanced) Playlist

Professional Certification:Holding one of these certifications:
  • CCISO
  • CISM

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
