Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Product & Project Management preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Experience interfacing cross-culturally and across organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
• Automotive or Commercial Vehicle industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define spare parts configuration and prepare Bill of Materials.
• Determine packaging requirements using technical documentation systems.
• Collaborate with Head of Program Management and customers on spare parts portfolio.
• Ensure mutual agreement on spare parts specifications with stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate various project work streams to completion.
• Identify and address complex problems proactively.
• Enhance communication and relationships across departments and regions.
