Qualifications

• 6-8 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience, especially in HR Scoped applications with a SNOW partner
• Strong background in systems analysis and software application programming
• Proven project management skills with a history of successful project implementation
• Familiarity with consulting project management techniques
• Ability to perform under pressure and adjust to changing requirements
• Experience with complex integrations, particularly with HR Payroll systems like Workday
• Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, and API programming; knowledge of SQL and NoSQL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, focusing on HRSD functionality
• Manage and lead successful project implementations from inception to delivery
• Analyze system requirements and coordinate with stakeholders on project scope
• Implement and support complex integrations between HR systems and ServiceNow
• Set up and configure Virtual Agent features and Integration Hub functionalities
• Ensure compliance with the service development lifecycle and support processes
• Document all system configurations and maintain clear communication with team members
