Full Job Description
Audi South Coast, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department.

The Service Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable service department. This manager will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records.

Pay for this position is salary plus commission. The expected pay is $150,000-$220,000 per year.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years' service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
Previous Technician experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
