Responsibilities

Berman Kia is looking for a Service Manager to add to the team!
*Must have Dealership Service Management Experience*


Pay: $125,000-$150,000/ annually (Commission Position)

The Service Manager will help lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers on a continuous basis. You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
