Service Line Administrator - Cardiology

The Service Line Administrator - Cardiology serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line; this position is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. This leader is responsible for increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies, and value. Through the incumbent's efforts, the service line will become known as a preeminent level of service in the community and a value-based options seek out when deciding upon their healthcare needs.

Reports to: Vice President - Chief Operating Officer, Fort Wayne

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
  • Masters Preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
