Service ForemanAlso known as: Service Crew Lead, Field Service Supervisor, Roofing Service Team LeaderLocation: Minnesota RMM (Service) DivisionCompensation: $40 - $50 per hour, based on experienceKey Responsibilities- Independently diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks.
- Perform service work on EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related roofing systems.
- Execute repairs and remediation efficiently and accurately.
- Lead and mentor 1-2 service crew members while remaining hands-on with tasks.
- Conduct detailed roof inspections, document conditions, and develop repair scopes.
- Identify and communicate additional service or repair opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
- Accurately document all inspections and repairs using mobile service applications.
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs & diagnostics).
- Proven ability to locate and repair roof leaks without supervision.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Comfortable using mobile devices for inspections, photos, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience as a Service Foreman, Lead Service Technician, or similar supervisory field role.
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring small teams on active job sites.
