About this RoleEntry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues.

Key Responsibilities- Manages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements.
- Develops knowledge of products.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and partners with repair technicians to resolve problems.
- Analyzes information to help resolve design/system related problems.
- May repair, install or design equipment, tools and products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role.
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
- Strong problem solving and planning skills.
- Ability to read and understand scope of work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.
- A true team player who has the customer's best interests first and foremost
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
