Evanston / North Shore, IL
Up to $115K + Quarterly Bonus + Amazing Benefits

What You will Do

  • Design, oversee, and continuously improve our plumbing service and installation programs.
  • Lead, train, mentor, and inspire plumbing technicians, apprentices, and sales staff.
  • Create personalized career development paths and training plans.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on support and solutions.
  • Help develop training programs and materials.
  • Interview and hire new technicians alongside our recruiting team.
  • Support sales efforts with system design, layouts, and material selection.
  • Conduct home visits, prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and shop standards are properly maintained.

What We Are Looking For
