What You will Do- Design, oversee, and continuously improve our plumbing service and installation programs.
- Lead, train, mentor, and inspire plumbing technicians, apprentices, and sales staff.
- Create personalized career development paths and training plans.
- Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on support and solutions.
- Help develop training programs and materials.
- Interview and hire new technicians alongside our recruiting team.
- Support sales efforts with system design, layouts, and material selection.
- Conduct home visits, prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and shop standards are properly maintained.
What We Are Looking For- Previous management, training, or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, initiative, creativity, motivation, and patience (lots of it!)
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
- Experience facilitating training programs is a plus.
- Comfortable using Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
