Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs, which may include Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning and Development (LD), Retirement, Shared Services or Staffing. Key responsibilities include operational process execution, quality assurance, and ensuring proper controls are in place. Job expectations include understanding the programs/products, operational requirements, end-to-end processes, and oversight necessary to deliver HR programs.

Service Delivery Consultant in Global Compensation Delivery responsible for various processes supporting the Bank's Compensation practices and application support for systems used by managers and HR users.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead accounting governance for all GHR-related events (payroll, compensation, benefits, payroll taxes, etc.) across U.S. and international operations, ensuring accurate booking, reporting, analysis, stakeholder support, and effective execution of financial controls.
  • Establish and maintain a robust accounting framework that complies with U.S. and local GAAP requirements, including reviewing, analyzing, and validating financial data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reviews to identify discrepancies, investigate month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter changes, detect material deviations, and execute corrective journal entries when required.
  • Drive a strong risk and control environment through proactive quality assurance, critical review of work papers, coordination of month-end and quarter-end control activities, attestations, issue management, and continuous risk identification and mitigation.
  • Leverage financial and system knowledge to enhance processes and controls, including understanding HR-related financial statements, analyzing end-to-end data flows, and identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, and strengthen reporting and operational processes.
  • Supports the evaluation of existing processes, technologies, and routines to drive process improvements
  • Supports the implementation of controls to mitigate and manage compliance and operational risk
  • Supports a variety of routine to complex operational and strategic activities to ensure programs are executed accurately and effectively
  • Partners with Human Resources (HR) program functions on an ongoing basis to ensure processes meet design requirements
  • Supports initiatives and routines by identifying solutions that meet business needs and priorities


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in accounting and financial roles
  • Demonstrated analytical and research skills - ability to communicate and analyze multi-dimensional data, draw conclusions, and evaluate business gaps & requirements
  • Must have strong communication skills both oral (e.g., telephone, telepresence meetings) and written (e.g., e-mail, presentations)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Acts with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, is responsive and drives issues through completion
  • A team player who thinks and acts across-functions
  • Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, is a self-starter with a desire to learn
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)


Desired Qualifications:
  • Oracle & SAP
  • Strong knowledge of Excel & Power Point includes ability on VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, EXCEL FUNCTIONS and preferable experience in Alteryx.
  • Spanish and / or Portuguese fluency
  • Experience and knowledge with Payroll processing including experience with Workday
  • Experience with global payroll and nuances with employment with international assignments
  • Experience with projects including defining business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and detailed validation

Pay range

$77,000.00 - $110,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
