Auto-Chlor System is looking for a Service & Sales Leader to help lead our South San Francisco team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career while working for a stable company with over 86 years of success.
You'll lead by example-supporting customers, mentoring technicians, growing existing accounts, and helping drive daily operations. Technical equipment training is provided, so we're looking for strong leaders with a customer-first mindset and a desire to grow.
Pay Range$82,000 - $91,000 per year of total compensation

What You'll DoAs a Service & Sales Leader, you'll balance leadership, customer relationships, and operational excellence.
Lead Your Team- Coach, support, and motivate service team members
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees
- Help coordinate daily schedules and service routes
- Lead by example while promoting safety, accountability, and excellent customer service
Grow Customer Relationships- Build lasting partnerships with restaurant and hospitality customers
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand services
- Recommend products and solutions that help customers operate more efficiently
Support Daily Operations- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues (paid technical training provided)
- Deliver products and maintain inventory for customer accounts
- Track service activity and communicate updates with branch leadership
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for leaders who enjoy developing people and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications include:
- At least one year of supervisory, lead, or management experience
- Experience in customer service, route operations, hospitality, retail, logistics, warehouse, restaurant, or service industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn through paid training
- Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience
Physical Requirements- Lift and transport up to 70 pounds
- Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment
- Frequent driving throughout the South San Francisco area
- Ability to climb stairs at customer locations
- Availability for overtime and occasional on-call responsibilities
