Auto-Chlor System is immediately hiring for a Service and Sales Leader for our South San Francisco, CA location.
Pay Range$80,000 - $90,000 per year of total compensation
Schedule:M-F, 7:30am-4pm, plus overtime as needed
What we need:We are looking for an energetic, positive, results-driven individual that can bring a great attitude, work ethic, and leadership to our environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage staff routes
- Provide training to new staff members
- Upselling companion products
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial dish machines and repairing mechanical problems
- Collection of customer payments and consistently following up to ensure accounts are current
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases
- Driving and delivery
Requirements:- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- 1-2 years of experience in s supervisor or leadership role
- Experience in proactive problem-solving and proficient in organizational skills
- Able to handle stressful situations with exceptional conflict resolution
- Mechanically inclined
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
