Position Overview

ICM Solutions is seeking a Service Analyst to elevate our service organization and support crushing technicians in the field and shop. This role is designed for an experienced crushing and screening equipment specialist who thrives on diagnosing complex issues and guiding others. You will serve as a primary technical resource (subject matter expert) for service technicians and customers, helping troubleshoot advanced problems, improve repair quality, and strengthen overall technical capability.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the technical authority for crushing and screening equipment
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to field and shop technicians, as well as customers
  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues
  • Interpret and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics in real-world scenarios
  • Partner with OEMs to resolve difficult equipment problems
  • Travel to job sites for diagnostics, commissioning, setup, and decommissioning; rapid response to field locations for break downs when service technicians are unavailable
  • Mentor and train technicians-acting as a hands-on technical coach
  • Identify correct replacement parts and ensure repair accuracy
  • Maintain service readiness of tools, equipment, and response vehicles
  • Deliver excellent customer communication and build strong client relationships
  • Uphold strict safety standards, including LOTO compliance
  • Maintain rapid response vehicle

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of hands-on crushing & screening equipment repair (REQUIRED)
  • Expert-level troubleshooting in heavy equipment systems
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics
  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and specialty equipment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and ability to support and mentor others
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

Additional Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (under 26,000 GVW vehicles)
  • Willingness to travel (out of state when needed) and work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
  • Must maintain personal tools, up to &fac34;" drive
  • Commitment to safety and clean work standards
