As our
Service & Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of Kempower's growth engine across North America, taking direct ownership of our service revenue strategy. Working hand-in-hand with the Director of Service, you will act as both a closer and a strategist-directly owning a sales quota, engaging with high-value customers, and building the scalable pricing models and sales tools that embed our service packages into initial equipment sales.
- Own the Number: Drive direct revenue growth across North America by owning a defined service sales quota, managing the pipeline, and closing service contracts, spare parts packages, and extended warranties.
- Bridge the Initial Sale: Partner closely with Kempower sales and service teams to embed value-added service offerings right into the initial equipment purchase, ensuring seamless post-sales support.
- Shape the Offerings: Assist the Director of Service by conducting market research and data analysis to design new service concepts, optimize attach/renewal rates, and build scalable pricing models.
- Enable the Field: Create high-impact sales tools (presentations, case studies, FAQs) and lead training workshops to empower the broader sales team to position and sell Kempower service solutions effectively.

WHAT HELPS YOU BE SUCCESSFUL- Proven Sales & Quota Execution: 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or service sales, with a track record of building pipelines, forecasting in CRM tools (like Salesforce), and closing recurring revenue models or value-added service contracts.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to dive into market research, analyze data on customer trends/attach rates, and translate those insights into clear pricing recommendations and go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: A natural communicator who can create high-impact sales collateral (presentations, one-pagers) and cross-functionally train the broader North American sales team to successfully position service solutions.
- Technical Foundation & Agility: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and are willing to travel up to 50% within North America to engage directly with customers on-site.
