Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annuallyResponsibilities:- Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience.
- Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
- Provide updates on vehicle status, concerns, warranties, maintenance and repairs.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics daily.
- Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve.
- Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations.
- Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
Qualifications:- Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Prior work experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
- Strong desire to set and achieve goals
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Average to advanced computer skills
- Valid in-state driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent
