NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE? WE'LL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required.
If you are great with people, motivated to succeed, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn, we want to talk to you.
Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, insurance, or other customer-facing positions can be a great fit for this role.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide a professional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their needs
- Perform pre-write-up vehicle inspections
- Work with technicians and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving
- Provide repair and maintenance estimates
- Clearly explain recommended services to customers
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow
- Review completed repairs and process customer payments
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Build long-term customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- No automotive experience required - we will train the right candidate
- Service Advisor experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new computer systems
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn automotive repair and maintenance
- Motivated by performance and earning potential
