Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Warmly greet clients, actively listen to vehicle concerns, and serve as the trusted liaison between customers and service technicians.
- Consultative Selling: Clearly present multi-point inspection findings, diagnostic results, and required maintenance without high-pressure sales tactics.
- Proactive Communication: Keep customers consistently informed throughout the repair process, managing expectations from drop-off through active vehicle delivery.
- Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong, loyal clients.
Qualifications- Required: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, active listening, and customer service skills.
