BMW Sherman OaksNow Hiring- Service Advisors- Pay: $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 average monthly earning potential
- Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
- Department Schedule: Mon-Fri: 7am-7pm, Sat: 7am-6pm and Sun: Closed
What You'll Do- Be the primary contact for customers throughout the service experience.
- Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate repair orders.
- Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and associated costs.
- Communicate with technicians to provide updates and ensure quality repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and deliver an ownership experience.
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation.
What You'll Bring- Must have 2+ years of prior Service Advisor experience required; BMW or luxury automotive experience.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team player and accountability.
- CDK experience.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe California pay range for this position is $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
