Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri CitiesService AdvisorPay: This is a performance-based commission role; Potential annual earnings can range from $70k to $100k.Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am-6:00pmwith 1 Saturday a month from 7:00am - 4:00pm.This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager.What You'll Do- Be a communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
- Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
- Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
- Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
- Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
What You'll Bring- We prefer 2 years of Service Writing in a dealership atmosphere.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies. CDK experience is preferred.
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.
- Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs.
Total RewardsThe annual earning potential for this role is $70k to 100k annuall which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
