Pay: $70,000 to $110,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly and professionally
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
What We’re Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
