  • Solid understanding of web technologies and programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as they relate to SEO, with the ability to read and interpret code for SEO purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends and anomalies, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting website migrations, redesigns, and new site launches from an SEO perspective.
  • Foundational understanding of content SEO principles, including keyword integration, content structure, and user intent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-SEO stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on SEO recommendations.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment with multiple brands and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS) and their SEO implications.
