DescriptionNorthrop Grumman Defense Systems has an opening for a Command Systems- Integration & Test Program Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and support the Sentinel Program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
This position will be responsible to the Command Systems- Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (CS-SEIT) Director and serve as the Integration & Test Lead. The selected individual will develop the I&T strategic vision and lead the team in successful execution while meeting customer SOW requirements and company objectives, within budget and schedule constraints. Lead responsibilities include coordinating and executing verification of the Command & Launch segment within the Systems Integration Lab (SIL), alternative ground test sites, as well as integration and launch preparations at Vandenberg Space Force Base throughout the flight test campaigns.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or Master's degree and 6 years of related experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
3+ years of demonstrated experience in developing test plans and procedures
Understanding of systems engineering principles & Test processes, requirements decomposition and allocation, design and analysis
Experience as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
6 years of people management experience
Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR)
2+ years of related experience working on the Sentinel program in various positions
Proven leader; problem solver; strong work ethic; excellent communications and interpersonal skills for close work with teammates, stakeholders and customers
3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal
Experience in requirements verification and test planning in an MBSE environment
Experience in test program execution and demonstrated ability to meet program technical, cost, and schedule milestones
Ability to brief Segment, Program and Customer leadership.
Experience working across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).
Familiarity with Northrop Grumman build execution, processes, procedures, tools and metrics
Experience with ICBM programs
Bachelors of Science in a STEM discipline with at least 10 years of experience in IPT-level management and/or program-level management supporting US Government contracts and customers
Masters of Science in a STEM discipline with at least 8 years of experience in IPT-level management and/or program-level management supporting US Government contracts and customers
Experience with complex system development on large programs.
Active TS clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
