Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Workplace Technology Modernization Lead to join our technology team. This role is in Lake Mary, LM or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead firm-wide modernization of desktop platforms across the end user environment, including Windows, Mac, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft 365 SaaS services.
  • Execute large-scale transformation programs and drive evergreen OS and software lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, and end-of-life remediation.
  • Own enterprise rollout, scaling, and governance of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office apps.
  • Drive integration of AI platforms into end user workflows, including automation, agent-based workflows, and productivity enhancements.
  • Lead large-scale deployment programs, service delivery, incident management, and escalation handling across workplace platforms.
  • Define and enforce governance for end user computing and AI usage, partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams on approvals, policies, and controls.
  • Drive enterprise adoption of workplace technologies through training, campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.
  • Define and execute a multi-year workplace technology modernization roadmap aligned to measurable outcomes, including productivity, adoption, cost optimization, and platform reliability.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Deep expertise in End User Computing across Windows and Mac environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 SaaS ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Office apps.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformations across large user and device populations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and rollout strategies.
  • Understanding of AI governance, risk, and enterprise enablement.
  • Experience with endpoint management, deployment, OS lifecycle management, patching strategies, and application delivery.
  • Strong incident management and operational leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across technology, legal, and business teams, with strong executive communication and program governance skills.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
