Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Technical Engineer

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for a large-scale workforce management modernization initiative. This hybrid role combines responsibilities across System Administration and Data Engineering, supporting workforce management platforms, enterprise integrations, and data integrity across Payroll, HR, and Finance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring enterprise workforce management solutions, designing complex labor rules, and managing large-scale data integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and enterprise data integrations.
  • Develop and support API integrations using REST and SOAP services.
  • Translate labor rules, union agreements, and workforce policies into system configurations and business logic.

  • Experience with cloud data technologies, including GCP and BigQuery.
  • Automotive or industrial manufacturing industry experience.
