Full Job Description
Senior Wealth Manager to join our team within our Private Wealth practice. This role is centered around delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to family office clients and high-net-worth individuals, with a specialized focus on tax, estate, and trust planning.

As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will leverage your expertise in financial planning, estate, tax, and investment management to develop deep, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your role will be solely focused on managing these relationships and ensuring that clients receive personalized, comprehensive solutions tailored to their specific wealth management needs.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with family office clients, ensuring the delivery of individualized wealth management solutions that are aligned with their evolving financial goals.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying and solving their financial planning needs.

- Work closely with Lido's tax, estate, trust, and investment teams to provide clients with a holistic, integrated approach to their wealth management strategy.

Comprehensive Financial Planning

- Lead the development and execution of detailed financial plans with a focus on tax mitigation, estate planning, risk management, and philanthropic strategies.

- Advise clients on complex estate tax issues and create customized strategies to help them preserve and transfer wealth effectively across generations.

- Construct clear, actionable financial plans that address clients' unique needs in estate planning, tax efficiency, and investment strategies.

Wealth Management

- Manage client portfolios by ensuring investment strategies are aligned with long-term financial goals, including oversight of portfolio rebalances and monitoring performance.

- Leverage your expertise in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney) to create tailored solutions for clients in the $15M-$30M+ net worth range.

Collaborative Teamwork

- Collaborate with Lido's team of professionals, including tax, estate, trust, and investment advisors, to deliver a seamless and integrated wealth management experience for clients.

- Foster a culture of teamwork and support, helping to ensure that clients' financial goals are met with a high level of service and personalized attention.

Requirements

Experience & Education

- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field, with an emphasis on family office clients, estate tax, and trust planning.

- A CFP® designation is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including tax, estate planning, risk management, and philanthropic planning.

- Deep knowledge of tax law, estate tax issues, and the intricacies of trust and estate planning.

- Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial strategies in an understandable and client-friendly manner.

- Experience with eMoney Advisor and financial planning software is a plus.
