Senior Wealth Advisor | San Francisco, CA

Role Summary

The Senior Wealth Advisor is a senior relationship leader responsible for managing a significant book of high-net-worth and complex client relationships, delivering sophisticated wealth management advice, developing other advisors, and contributing meaningfully to the growth of Threadline Wealth.

Senior Wealth Advisors serve as primary advisors for the majority of their assigned relationships and are expected to anticipate client needs, independently navigate complex planning and investment situations, and bring together the appropriate internal and external resources to deliver an exceptional client experience. They take ultimate accountability for the quality, timeliness, retention, and overall experience of their client relationships.

As senior members of the advisory team, Senior Wealth Advisors also play an important role in developing the next generation of advisors, strengthening team and practice performance, building an established market presence, and generating new business through client relationships, centers of influence, and defined areas of expertise.

This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 3-4 days per week. Because Senior Wealth Advisors serve clients across multiple markets, regular travel for client meetings and other business needs should be expected.

Visa Sponsorship: Threadline Wealth is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

• Mentor Associate Advisors, Senior Associate Advisors, and Wealth Advisors and support their long-term professional development

• Create meaningful development opportunities and progressively increase responsibility for developing advisors

• Anticipate team capacity, staffing, workflow, and client-service needs and address issues before they affect the client experience

• Identify and manage client, engagement, and practice risks, escalating matters when appropriate
