As a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater, you will serve as both a technical leader and a client relationship manager, responsible for growing and delivering municipal water and wastewater projects throughout Tennessee and the surrounding region. This role is ideal for a proven seller-doer who enjoys developing trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities, winning new work, and leading successful project execution.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Project Manager in Water/Wastewater, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader in business development efforts.

We'll count on you to:

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with municipal utility clients and key stakeholders.• Identify, pursue, and help capture new project opportunities within the Tennessee water and wastewater market.• Serve as a seller-doer, combining technical leadership with business development and client engagement.• Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of Consor staff and subconsultants.• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and overall client satisfaction.• Provide strategic guidance to clients throughout planning, design, and construction.• Lead or support Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, presentations, and interview teams.• Develop technical memoranda, engineering reports, planning studies, and design documents.• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute account management and growth strategies.• Represent Consor at industry conferences, professional organizations, client meetings, and community events.• Mentor junior staff while fostering a culture of client service and business growth.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 8+ years relevant water/wastewater engineering experience• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee state, or the ability to obtain reciprocity upon employment• BS in Engineering• Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects • Planning and design experience with water/wastewater projects• Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, reviewing invoices, and managing client communications • Proven ability to develop and work with clients to help win and deliver municipal projects
