Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design.
• Strong experience with municipal water/wastewater systems design.
• Proven track record in preparing engineering reports and design documentation.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations applicable to water and wastewater projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and oversee engineering reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Manage projects from design through bidding and construction phases.
