Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in water resources, particularly stormwater drainage.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation OpenRoads experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with drainage software (HEC-RAS, PC-SWMM, etc.).
• Strong capability in drainage analysis, planning, and design.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Preferred existing client relationships within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, permitting, and construction services for assigned projects.
• Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule.
• Conduct site designs, perform hydraulic/hydrology calculations, and design related infrastructure.
• Adhere to safety protocols and engage team members in safety practices.
• Mentor junior staff, ensuring timely and quality design compilation.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
