Working experience using Mike Urban software would be an asset.

See what the power of commitment can do for you!Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:- Lead and grow client relationships and act as a project manager and technical lead providing our clients with the assurance they are in good hands.
- Lead and work collaboratively with senior engineers, scientists, technologists and other people and develop multi-discipline technical teams in the execution of various ongoing projects from master planning, assessment, conceptual to detailed design.
- Lead, manage and assist in managing various projects under the direction of senior engineers. Work will involve direct communication with clients and sub consultants.
- Work with our Water Leadership team to continue our expansion of water infrastructure market share in Western Canada. Activities will involve participating in client marketing sessions, assisting in developing market growth strategies, and preparing proposals.
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed GHD's internal and external client quality objectives.
- Help expand the team by providing coaching and attracting new talents to join our business
- Bring in new clients and relationships to help expand our market reach and business.
What you bring to the team:- Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.Eng. designation
- Strong technical experience in the assessment and design of stormwater management, green infrastructure, and gravity flow linear design systems.
- Experience with planning and modelling projects from inception through execution
- Strong experience and knowledge of urban watershed and network modelling, including master planning and Integrated Stormwater Management Plan.
- Experience in providing design inputs within a firm having an established Quality Assurance and Quality Control program that is registered to a standard equal to or higher than ISO - 9001
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience in the preparation of proposals and technical reports.
- Strong project management skills as it relates to development and tracking of project schedules and budget, quality control, safety and overall governance.
- Working experience using InfoWorks ICM, SWMM, HEC-RAS and other software would be an asset

The salary range for this position is $112,448 to $187,413. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
