- Shape and lead a company-wide culture where safety is more than a priority, it is a core value woven into every aspect of our operations
- Develop and execute strategic health, safety, environmental, compliance, and risk management initiatives that protect our employees, patrons, facilities, and communities
- Partner with leaders across the organization to proactively identify risks, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance
- Lead incident investigations, workers compensation, emergency preparedness efforts, regulatory reporting, and safety performance measurement to ensure operational excellence
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of safety, environmental, and compliance professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Represent Farmers Cooperative as a champion for safety excellence by cultivating relationships with regulators, industry partners, and community stakeholders
- Serve as a visible leader throughout our trade territory, engaging directly with employees in the field and reinforcing our commitment to ensuring everyone goes home safely every day
