Senior Volume Planning Specialist Mahwah, NJ (on-site) The Senior Volume Planning Specialist is tasked with supporting short-term forecasting, planning, and production for the US and Americas markets. This role requires meticulous analysis and dissemination of plans to regional teams to optimize wholesale potential. Additionally, the senior specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining sales forecasts and production requests in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Sales Volume. Key responsibilities include accurately mixing models, engines, & variants to meet forecasted goals and working with regional business controllers on monthly production requests. The senior specialist liaises for sales planning across regional, outbound, and quality teams, ensuring daily tasks and objectives are met. Conducting detailed analyses and generating reports to evaluate inventory levels and sales trends is crucial for aligning performance with forecasts. What you'll do • Collaborate with various sales teams to consolidate the US forecast. • Ensure monthly wholesale forecast targets are met; analyze and distribute plans to regional teams to optimize wholesale potential. • Assist Senior Manager Sales Volume in developing and maintaining the sales forecast and production requests for the US/Americas sales organization. • Ensure the appropriate mix of models, engines, & trims for both commercial and regional teams to meet their forecasted goals. • Coordinate with regional business controllers to support the monthly production requests. • Act as the primary contact in sales planning for regional, outbound, and quality teams. • Develop the sales planning specialist role and provide support to ensure all daily tasks and targets are achieved. • Perform thorough analysis and generate comprehensive reports to assess available inventory and sales trends, aiming to optimize performance in line with forecasts. What you'll bring • A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in Supply Chain or Business. • Preferably, candidates should have 3-5+ years of corporate sales experience. • Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of teamwork and cross-organizational collaboration. • Possesses strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. • Exhibits strong computer proficiency to facilitate communication, data analysis, trend tracking, and information retrieval. • Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities to meet customer demands, demonstrating excellent multi-tasking capabilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Platforms (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBi, Teams). Salary Range • $93,482to $118,495 Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
