The Opportunity

Tier One Partners is looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Vice President, Public Relations to join our Boston leadership team.

This is a high-impact role for a proven business builder, strategic advisor, and team leader ready to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships while helping shape the future of the agency.

You'll play a defining role at a nationally recognized agency-working alongside a senior leadership team, shaping strategy, and building meaningful client partnerships in industries transforming the world.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy
  • Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, meeting revenue and profitability targets
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, delivering high-impact counsel
  • Lead integrated communications strategies across PR, content, and digital
  • Ensure delivery excellence, team alignment, and strong client satisfaction
  • Oversee account planning, budgets, forecasting, and performance
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities

Business Development & Growth

Compensation The expected salary for this role is $160,000-200,000 annually, and may vary based on experience and qualifications.
