Sitting at the center - you will lead the evolution of an always-on, insight-driven, culturally relevant content ecosystem that connects brand, business, and audience in meaningful ways.

This role requires a rare blend of strategic leadership, category expertise, client partnership, and hands-on craft. You are as comfortable advising senior clients as you are shaping the work. You see social and content as inseparable-and as a growth engine for the business.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of ~20 strategists, partnering across creative, media, data, and platform teams to deliver integrated, future-forward solutions.

Responsibilities

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
  • Oversee a team of ~20 spanning VP/Group Director through junior strategists
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Balance and elevate diverse leadership strengths across:
    • Holistic social/content strategy and innovation
    • Operational excellence, team development, and staffing
    • Deep social platform expertise and best-in-class execution
  • Act as a mentor and coach, developing the next generation of leaders

Be a Hands-On Leader
  • Stay close to the work-guiding key briefs, shaping outputs, and elevating quality
  • Operate as both thinker and doer, stepping in where needed to unlock progress
  • Build new frameworks, processes, and ways of working that enable speed, quality, and innovation

Integrate Across GroupeConnect
  • Partner seamlessly with strategy, creative, media, data, and production teams
  • Ensure social and content strategies are fully integrated into broader marketing ecosystems
