Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Securities Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Senior Vice President, Product Management will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Securities Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, client needs, regulatory requirements, and platform capabilities. This role will drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, partner across cross-functional teams, and shape scalable, client-focused solutions that support commercial growth, operational resilience, strong controls, and long-term product vision.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Define and maintain product vision, strategy, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for assigned Securities Finance products and capabilities.
  • Own business requirements, feature definition, and business cases, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and enterprise objectives.
  • Partner with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements, platform modernization, operating model improvements, and scalable new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales, relationship management, and service teams to support commercialization, go-to-market readiness, client communications, and product adoption.
  • Oversee product performance, risk, and controls through KPIs, client feedback, revenue trends, operational metrics, and governance forums.
  • Represent the product organization in senior forums while mentoring junior product managers, managing executive updates, and championing innovation across Securities Finance workflows.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains.
  • Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
