OverviewThe Senior Vice President, Program Management is a senior delivery executive who sets the standard for how Razorfish delivers - commercially, operationally, and from the client's perspective. This leader owns delivery, drives the EDGE connected delivery model across the organization, and is accountable for the intersection of delivery excellence, margin performance, AI-augmented operations, and measurable client outcomes.
At this level, the ability to think critically and solution in real time is not a soft skill - it is a core leadership requirement. The SVP, Program Management operates in complex, high-stakes environments where ambiguity is constant, decisions need to be made quickly, and the cost of getting it wrong is felt by clients, teams, and the business. This leader brings structured thinking, pattern recognition, and creative problem-solving to every challenge - and creates that capability in the team around them.
The market is demanding more: AI-powered delivery infrastructure, implementation discipline, outcome accountability, and board-level credibility. The SVP, Program Management is Razorfish's answer - a senior delivery leader who combines the creative agility and cultural fluency of a world-class agency with the operational rigor and measurable outcomes that clients now expect as standard. This is not a back-office function. It is a strategic differentiator and a competitive moat.
ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery as a growth engine. Delivery at this level is not execution management - it is business development. The SVP, PM is accountable for ensuring that how Razorfish delivers creates the commercial confidence and client trust that generates retention, expansion, and new business. Every engagement is a demonstration of the Razorfish standard.
Lead the EDGE connected delivery model. Operate as the senior owner and architect of the EDGE framework across the organization - ensuring that Outcome • Scope • Design • Build • Execute • Measure • Optimize is not a slide but a living operating model. Drive organizational adoption across CS, Finance, Capabilities, and cross-agency partners with clear decision rights and shared accountability at every stage.
Build AI into the delivery infrastructure. Lead the integration of AI into delivery operations across the portfolio - not as a pilot or a feature, but as the engine. Resourcing models, briefing protocols, QA processes, financial reporting, and client-facing measurement should all be AI-augmented within 12 months. This is the gap that separates Razorfish from legacy agency models in client and competitive perception. If delivery isn't 30-40% AI-powered, the organization is falling behind.
Own the measurement story. Build the reporting infrastructure that connects delivery execution to client business KPIs. Walk into every QBR with a direct, defensible line from delivery activity to business outcomes. Clients demand tangible business results, not activity reports - the SVP who delivers this earns the strategic seat at the table and keeps it.
CRM & AI Growth Delivery. Lead and govern delivery of CRM, personalization, and AI-enabled programs that drive measurable business outcomes for clients - revenue growth, customer retention, lifetime value improvement. Partner with CS and Capabilities to ensure delivery connects to the growth metrics clients care about, and that Razorfish can demonstrate that connection clearly.
Connected Team Governance. Eliminate the internal friction that undermines delivery. Build and enforce One Team governance across CS, Finance, Capabilities, and cross-agency partners so that resourcing decisions, scope changes, and financial risks are shared and resolved at the leadership level - before they reach the work. Clients should feel a unified team, not a coalition of disciplines.
Critical Thinking & Real-Time Solutioning. Lead delivery through complexity with clear thinking and decisive action. When engagements face scope challenges, resource gaps, client escalations, or financial risk, the SVP is the senior voice that diagnoses the situation accurately, builds the right solution quickly, and steers the team and client to resolution. Model the problem-solving discipline that cascades through the delivery organization and sets the standard for how Razorfish handles adversity.
Commercial Discipline. Drive scope integrity from opportunity through delivery. Ensure that scopes are validated before commitment, financial baselines are established before work begins, and change control is enforced rather than absorbed. Lead the most complex and high-stakes scoping conversations with executive clients - driving trade-offs that protect both client outcomes and commercial health.
Anchor Account Leadership. Own delivery on one or more large anchor accounts at the most senior level - maintaining executive client relationships, leading strategic delivery planning, and ensuring that the organization's highest-value engagements receive the continuity and quality of oversight they require. The anchor account is where the SVP's presence signals Razorfish's commitment to the relationship and the work.
Talent Density. Protect the right people on the right accounts across the portfolio. Ensure that key engagements are resourced with the talent density that earns client loyalty and justifies Razorfish's positioning. Identify and close staffing gaps before they become client and margin problems.
Organizational Delivery Standard. Own the delivery methodology and make it visible. Codify how Razorfish delivers, give it operational specificity, and ensure that every PM on the team operates from the same framework. Create training, onboarding, and governance infrastructure that scales the best of what works rather than leaving it on individual accounts.
Cross-Agency Architecture. Architect and govern delivery when sister agencies are involved. Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and financial partnership rules so that integrated engagements run as one connected system rather than a fragmented set of parallel tracks.
PM Team Leadership. Manage, coach, and grow a team of Program Managers and senior delivery leaders across the portfolio. Set the performance standard, build career development pathways, and create a culture of delivery excellence that attracts and retains strong talent. Ensure the team has the frameworks, feedback, and growth opportunities to operate at the level the portfolio demands - and to develop into the next generation of delivery leadership at Razorfish.
