We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Owner - Performance & Compliance, Fund & Investor Solutions

This role is located Boston, MA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for Performance & Compliance capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, business needs, and control requirements.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod comprised of partners across business, technology, operations, and control functions to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Define target-state capabilities, workflows, and business processes to improve scalability, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support solution design and agile delivery.
  • Drive execution across the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify business needs, operational challenges, process gaps, dependencies, and risks, and incorporate those into delivery planning.
  • Support informed decision-making by balancing strategic goals, stakeholder expectations, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Use data, metrics, and user feedback to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve product performance and user experience.
  • Promote effective collaboration, transparency, and accountability across delivery teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Provide leadership and subject matter guidance to colleagues and contribute to broader strategic and transformation initiatives as needed.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 10 plus years of related work experience.
  • Significant experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or business transformation within financial services.
  • Deep subject matter knowledge in performance measurement, attribution, related processes and use cases in investment operations.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define business requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex processes and organizational structures.
  • Experience working with business process design, operational workflows, controls, and data dependencies in a complex environment.
  • Preferred experience in performance measurement and attribution at an asset manager or asset owner.
  • Preferred experience supporting platform modernization, workflow transformation, or digital product initiatives.
  • AI experience a plus.
