Full Job Description
Reporting to the Group Chief People & Culture Officer, the Senior Vice President, People & Culture is an enterprise role responsible for shaping people and organisational strategies that support Aristocrat's continued growth, global scale and business performance. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, this role operates in a hybrid work environment, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office.

Partnering closely with executive leaders across the enterprise, this role will build the organisational capabilities, leadership effectiveness and workforce strategies required to achieve our long-term ambitions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic navigator, guiding leaders through organisational transformation, talent and succession priorities, workforce planning and evolving ways of working.

This role requires a commercially minded People & Culture executive who combines deep functional expertise with pragmatism, commercial acumen and fluency in AI, data and technology-enabled transformation.

What You'll Do
  • Advise the senior leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, culture, workforce strategy, transformation and business performance.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into people and organisational strategies that strengthen execution and build sustainable capability.
  • Strengthen talent and succession planning, executive development and leadership pipelines across the enterprise.
  • Help embed Aristocrat's global People & Culture operating model across the organisation to improve strategic impact, scalability and business value.
  • Set direction for significant organisational, talent, leadership and workforce priorities and guide implementation through senior leaders.
  • Lead complex transformations across the business involving organisational design, workforce change, operating model evolution and new ways of working.
  • Use workforce data and analytics to inform priorities, investment decisions and organisational outcomes.
  • Champion responsible adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Build alignment across functions and geographies while navigating complex and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Foster an inclusive, accountable, collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Significant executive-level People & Culture leadership experience in complex, global organisations.
  • Proven success partnering with executive leadership teams on enterprise strategy, organisational performance and the organisation's transformational change.
  • Experience enabling organisations to achieve growth and scale.
  • Deep expertise in organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, leadership development and change leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy and investment to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading through senior leaders across multiple functions, regions or enterprise capabilities.
  • Demonstrated fluency in AI, workforce analytics and technology-enabled transformation, including responsible use and governance.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, influence, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Location & Relocation

This position is based in the Las Vegas area. The successful candidate will be expected to reside in the Las Vegas area. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to the region.
