SingleSource is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Vice President of Operations to lead the performance of our operational business lines. This executive will own full P&L accountability, drive client outcomes, and build a scalable, high-performing operations organization that consistently delivers excellence.
Core Functions
Drive Financial & Client Performance- Lead end-to-end P&L performance across operational lines, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost discipline
- Own budget planning and investment management, aligning spend to strategic priorities and proactively addressing performance gaps through data-driven insights
- Oversee client outcomes across all operational lines, with accountability for SLA delivery, quality, cycle time, and overall satisfaction
- Establish and lead client performance management through scorecards, regular reviews, and proactive issue resolution, serving as the senior escalation point to drive swift resolution, transparency and sustained client trust.
Optimize & Scale Operations- Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Lead implementation of process and workflow changes with minimal disruption
- Partner with Technology to leverage automation, systems, and tools to improve performance
Lead Enterprise Operations- Build and develop high-performing operations teams across multiple business lines, establishing clear standards, processes, and governance to support growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Technology, and People teams to align operations to business objectives
- Serve as the operational voice in strategic planning, product development, and client discussions
Experience & Capabilities
- 12+ years of operations leadership experience, including 5+ years with executive-level P&L ownership
- Proven success leading complex, multi-line operations and delivering measurable results
- Strong financial acumen, with experience driving margin and managing budgets at scale
- Track record of improving client performance in service or high-volume environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills
- Experience with technology-enabled operations, automation, and data-driven decision-making
This is a position operating on a hybrid schedule out of our Canonsburg, PA office.
