Full Job Description
Paciolan is hiring a Senior Vice President, Head of Product, to lead the next phase of its product evolution. This role will own product vision and strategy across the full Paciolan suite, ensure disciplined product prioritization and delivery, and evolve the product management organization needed to execute at the pace the market demands.

This role reports directly to the President and will work closely with the Head of Client Operations, CTO, CRO, CFO, and the five Segment Owners (Power 4 College, Mid-Major College, Arts, Concerts, and Arenas) who drive the commercial side of the business. This role will also interact with external clients, industry and technology partners.

The role will inherit a product organization that spans product management, product leads, product marketing, and payments. The right person will bring a clear point of view on how enterprise SaaS product organizations should work, the discipline to make hard prioritization calls across competing segment needs, and the experience to modernize a complex, multi-tenant platform without losing continuity for existing clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and revenue. Paciolan needs someone who can shape what we build and deliver it.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the enterprise product vision and technology strategy, delivering a platform that is scalable, secure, and built to drive segment growth and client revenue impact.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: disciplined prioritization, NPD stage-gates, and ROI-driven investment decisions aligned with segment strategy and revenue targets. Over time, co-develop product strategy with Segment Owners as the segment model matures.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery through strong engineering execution, Agile/DevOps leadership, and rigorous standards for uptime, performance, and security.
  • Drive the company's cloud infrastructure evolution, data architecture integration, AI enablement, and payments technology alignment to support scalability, analytics, and future innovation.
  • Build and develop a product and engineering organization capable of executing against a multi-year modernization roadmap while continuing to ship features that win and retain clients.
  • Own the product roadmap: sequencing, feature prioritization, and release governance across all products.
  • Define product requirements, user journeys, launch approach/phasing and acceptance criteria
  • Define the product development process and go/no-go decisions
  • Approve engineering investment allocation across product initiatives and modernization efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in product development, technology strategy, and owning the product roadmap
  • Ticketing platform expertise; experience with Fundraising and Marketing a plus
  • Strong product management team leadership and talent development
  • Demonstrated experience scaling cloud-based infrastructure
  • Data architecture and analytics integration capability
  • Ability to translate client needs into scalable product solutions
  • Product management leadership and prioritization discipline
  • Payments and transaction systems familiarity
  • Cross-functional alignment with revenue, marketing, and operational organizations
  • Experience managing multi-segment or multi-market product portfolios
  • Comfort with a transformation context: legacy systems, active modernization, and a market that is moving fast

Pay Transparency:

The approximate national base pay range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.

Learfield offers a full spectrum of benefits for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance and Other Insurance Plans, Flexible Paid Time Off (minimum 10+ days annually), including Parental Leave, 20 Paid Holidays, 401(k) + Match, and Short/Long Term Disability. Leave benefits are consistent with state and local laws, including the Colorado Health Families and Workplaces Act.
