Job DescriptionThe Senior Vice President for Intelligence & Cyber Solutions plays a pivotal role in the leadership and management of a vital business unit within SOSi. This executive position demands strategic vision, operational expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to drive the business unit's growth, profitability, and overall success. Our Intelligence & Cyber Solutions business unit supports multi-disciplined intelligence operations. We provide intelligence analysis, open-source data collection, ISR and Digital ISR, offensive cyber, Title III support to law enforcement, data science and AI/ML applications, and foreign language processing for over 300 languages and dialects.
Essential Job Duties- Provide leadership, purpose, and direction to the business unit's management team.
- Develop and implement the business unit's strategic plan aligned with the corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth across both the product and services market spaces.
- Oversee the formulation and execution of campaign growth plans that support the overall corporate strategy.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including production, sales, and customer service.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
- Oversee financial forecasting, risk management, and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages high performance and employee engagement.
- Mentor and develop the management team and key staff within the business unit.
- Implement effective succession planning and talent development programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary representative of the business unit in external engagements and negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the business unit.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity among team members.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements- Active in scope TS/SCI clearance and eligible for immediate read-on.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a related industry with a proven track record of successfully leading a $100+ million a year P&L.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.

- Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights and weekends when necessary.
- Requires frequent travel to meet with stakeholders, attend conferences, and represent the company at various functions domestically and internationally.
