In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Supports execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery activities.
- Partners with Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, Scrum teams, and Client Enablement to maintain alignment on priorities, commitments, and timelines.
- Maintains delivery plans, status updates, RAID logs, and supporting artifacts to provide transparency into progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Produces clear, concise status reporting and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership.
- Identifies opportunities to improve planning, coordination, execution, and team effectiveness across initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, delivery management, product operations, platform support, or related roles within financial services, fintech, or wealthtech.
- Experience supporting delivery across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of program and project execution fundamentals, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and status reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through, maintain accountability, and support teams through execution challenges.
