Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Delivery Practitioner to join our Wealth Services team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Management and Client Enablement teams to support prospect and client engagements by presenting platform and product capabilities aligned to client business needs.
  • Help articulate how BNY's platform and solutions can support client operating models, workflows and strategic objectives across the early stages of the client lifecycle.
  • Participate in client discussions, discovery sessions and solution presentations to help position platform capabilities in a clear, practical and business-oriented way.
  • Act as a platform generalist with a strong understanding of end-to-end capabilities, helping connect client needs to the broader platform value proposition.
  • Demonstrate platform functionality and conduct tailored walkthroughs that reflect client use cases, business models and workflow considerations.
  • Gather, synthesize and communicate client feedback, market observations and recurring themes to Product Managers and platform leadership to support roadmap refinement and prioritization.
  • Build strong working relationships across Product, Sales, Client Success and Platform Enablement teams to help ensure alignment between client expectations and product direction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the platform strategy, roadmap and product domains through close collaboration with product and business partners.
  • Support the translation of client requirements into actionable business insights that inform product evolution and commercial readiness.
  • Contribute to a consistent and scalable approach for client-facing platform storytelling, solution positioning and value articulation.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in product strategy, client solutions, platform consulting, solution delivery, pre-sales, or related roles within fintech, wealthtech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of wealth and asset management operating models, client workflows and platform-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a broad set of stakeholders, including client executives, sales partners, product teams and operational leaders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience supporting client-facing demos, solution discussions and consultative conversations in environments with multiple products or platform capabilities.
  • Ability to connect client needs to business outcomes and articulate the value of integrated platform capabilities.
  • Experience collecting and organizing client feedback to support product enhancements, commercialization efforts and strategic planning.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
