Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Tax to join our team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ. In-office requirement is four days.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Works with senior management roles to ensure that the appropriate corporate tax policies, methods, standards, processes, reporting and training are developed, applied and understood by impacted stakeholders.
  • Represents Corporate Tax in federal and state audit proceedings, works with tax, legal counsel and external accounting firms to gather facts and develop strategies to ensure compliance with SOX procedures.
  • Assembles, maintains and analyzes domestic and international tax information used in the preparation of various tax returns and quarterly estimated tax payments.
  • Performs complex research and analysis of the tax law, regulations and cases to provide senior management with recommendations and opinions by applying tax concepts.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 10-12 years of total work experience is required.
  • Experience in tax compliance or accounting is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate tax processes and in-depth knowledge of tax support requirements within a particular business/business partner area.
  • People Leadership requirement: Oversees, advises and guides less experienced Corporate Tax roles and may direct their work.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
