Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Reporting, Performance Manager to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA ( 4 days in office expectation).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage multiple teams of staff assigned to monitor and report on client portfolio performance and maintain trade platforms utilized by clients.
  • Oversee strategic direction and activities of staff in monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead development of data collection and reporting platforms, review and analyze industry best practices and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership peers to review market practices, address gaps in offerings, and provide leadership oversight for escalated issues, ensuring senior leaders and compliance officials are apprised of potential concerns.
  • Drive successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to standardize, scale, and improve business practices and training processes.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork, providing critical feedback.
  • Establish leadership direction for functional training initiatives, ensuring integration with cross-functional leadership and compliance training requirements.
  • Manage financial resources of the team including budgets and expenses, ensuring teams are equipped to operate and achieve objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
  • Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
